Rainbow lanterns, lush patio, award-winning burgers. The heart & soul of The Drive — and its undisputed brunch institution.

Rosie’s is where Wilton Manors brunches — and lunches, and happy-hours, and celebrates. Under the rainbow lanterns of its lush patio at the north end of the Drive, the town’s social life has been running on burgers and mimosas since 2006, and no amount of new competition has loosened its grip on the title of brunch institution.

The burgers are the calling card: award-winning, oversized, and blessed with names you’ll want to read twice before saying out loud to a server. Weekends, the patio fills early with locals working through pitchers of mimosas in a scene that’s as much social ritual as restaurant — go once and you’ll understand why half the town is there every Sunday.

But Rosie’s quietly earns its keep on weekdays too. It opens at 11am daily, and the happy hour is one of the longest on the strip: Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm — eight hours of half-price wells, beer, and house wine. That’s not happy hour, that’s happy workday (compare the field on our happy hours table).

The kitchen runs to 11pm most nights, midnight Fridays and Saturdays, and Sundays start at 10am sharp for the brunch faithful. You’ll find it at 2449 Wilton Dr, next door to LIT — the burger-then-bar pipeline is short, well-trodden, and highly recommended.
