Tropics Grille has held its corner of Wilton Drive for more than three decades, which in restaurant years makes it a founding institution. The formula that lasted: dinner with a show — live music, cabaret, and drag running nightly alongside the menu, making it the closest thing the strip has to a classic supper club.
