Behind the wink of a name is a polished operation: male dancers, staged burlesque, VIP liquor lockers for the regulars, and a speakeasy conceit that makes walking in feel like being let in on something.
It fills a slot the strip didn’t have — nightlife as show rather than backdrop. You come for a performance with a start time, stay for the room, and pay a modest cover ($5–10) for the privilege; the liquor lockers tell you how many patrons treat it as a home bar.
