Aunt Jenn's Tea & Spice Shop
LGBTQ+-owned shop for loose-leaf teas, spices, and blends — a calmer kind of stop on the Drive.
Aunt Jenn’s Tea & Spice Shop is the calmest retail experience on Wilton Drive, and that’s precisely its value. In a strip built on volume — musical, social, chromatic — this LGBTQ+-owned shop deals in loose-leaf teas, spice blends, and gift-ready jars, and the loudest thing in the room is the smell of the chai.
The stock rewards browsing: teas by the wall, blends you didn’t know you needed, and jars that solve the eternal Wilton Manors problem of what to bring back for the friend who already owns every rainbow item ever printed. A tin of good tea from the gay strip of Fort Lauderdale is a souvenir with range — they have the flags nearby too, if you insist (Pride Factory is three blocks north).
It runs shop hours, not bar hours: 11am to 7pm, Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays. That makes it a natural daytime stop on the Drive — the stretch of hours when the strip belongs to brunchers, shoppers, and people walking off last night. If you miss it here, the team also runs a weekend market stall down in Hollywood, FL.
You’ll find the shop at 2420 Wilton Dr, up at the north end near Rosie’s. Brunch, tea browsing, and a slow walk back down the strip: that’s the civilized Wilton Manors itinerary nobody puts on a poster.
